Dr Patel has been involved in my care for the last 3 years and always does her upmost to help, strongly recommend her personally!
I have also seen other GPs there who are great and always ensure you get what you need out of an appointment.

From the helpful receptionists, lovely nurses and informed and competent GPs, St Lawrence Surgery excels in the services they offer.The waiting room is light and airy as are the consulting rooms. The surgery has an an active Patient Participation Group who have been involved in arranging activities to enhance patient's health and well-being. These Tai Chi, weekly walking group with short and long walks, singing group and a social group. Pilates is also offered to people with limited movement.
I cannot recommend St Lawrence Surgery highly enough

Possible improvement to have receptionists acting with an empathetic knowledge/manner. It could make a big difference.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Please always talk to the Head Receptionist or Practice Manager if you do not feel that the receptionist has treated you with empathy. All staff wear name badges and all photos are by reception and on the website of all our receptionists so please tell us if you are able who could have made your experience better.
